Phase 2: Fellowship Match

We launch a targeted fellowship application for the right talent(s):

• Fellows apply from our network
• Selection based on expertise and problem fit
• Successful candidates join organizations virtually or in-person

Phase 3: MVP Development

Fellows join the Hackathon competition to:

• Build with responsible innovation principles
• Pitch solutions to organization
• Best MVP selected for implementation
• Development contract awarded to winners
