About Us

African researchers working at computers

Afrokwary is formed by combining two words: 'Africa' and 'Nokware.' Nokware ['knock-Wah-Ri'] is derived from the Akan dialect 'Twi' in West Africa and means 'truth.'

At Afrokwary, we are dedicated to tackling one challenge at a time, bringing together the strength of African researchers and innovators to drive positive change. With an Africa-centric approach, we aim to foster collaboration that not only advances local scientific progress but also positions Africa as a key player in global scientific breakthroughs.

Join us in our mission, together, we will transform challenges into opportunities, creating a future where African innovation leads the way.
